Iron Cross 2nd Class citation awarded to Gefreiten Werner Buhren on the 21st April 1942 of 10./ Jnf. Rgt. 220 which was part of the 58th Infantry Division.
Ink signature of then Oberst Karl von Graffen ( Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross on 13 August 1942 as Generalmajor and commander of 58th Infantry Division. ) Also ink stamped for the 58th Infantry Division.
