Ink signature of Generalleutnant Paul Deichmann ( Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross on 26 March 1944 as Generalleutnant and commanding general of the II. Fliegerkorps. )

In addition to the afore mentioned decoration Lothar Darsow was also awarded the German Cross in Gold ( DKiG ) on the 29th March 1944 and the Lufwaffe Honour Goblet ( Ehrenpokal ) for outstanding achievement in the air war on the 24th April 1944.
